So, for Kentucky Derby Day (and our Date Night), my gorgeous wife took me to the beautiful restaurant at “Dolphin Downs”, where we watched the Digital Derby (I put my money on Citation and lost), drinking Mint Juleps and Kentucky Oaks Crush Lily Cocktails, and noshing on Bourbon Bacon, Ginger Bourbon Pecans, Deviled Eggs, and Canapes. Her entree was Bourbon Braised Mushroom Chicken over Jasmine Rice, with Homemade Biscuits. Absolutely superb! Dessert is Derby Pie Cheesecake with Bourbon Butter Sauce. Right?!?!? I SO love that woman! 302-540-6102
